Yes. Registration on the Virtus Global Awards portal is free of charge and allows users to create a personal or corporate profile, access the reserved dashboard, update their information and review the available opportunities. Any services, membership packages, advanced nominations or institutional participation options may be selected later and are always displayed transparently before confirmation.
In general, a nomination may be updated or supplemented until it enters an advanced evaluation phase. Once the nomination has been taken over by the Secretariat or the Jury, some changes may be restricted to ensure transparency, traceability and fairness of the process.
Membership packages are structured options that may include nomination services, visibility, event participation, institutional communication, digital materials, organisational support, badges, invitations or additional services connected to the programme. Each package clearly displays its contents, amount, currency, conditions and generated documentation.
Yes. After selecting a package, the portal may automatically generate the membership form or contract using the data available in the profile, fiscal information, selected service, financial conditions, applicable clauses and required legal sections. The document may be viewed, printed or saved as a PDF.
The document is generated according to the language selected by the user or stored in the user profile.
Payment must be made according to the conditions indicated in the package, order or generated membership form. Final confirmation of certain services may be subject to receipt of payment, administrative verification or acceptance of the contractual terms.
Available invoices can be viewed in the reserved dashboard, in the section dedicated to fiscal documents. From there, users may view the invoice status, print the document, save it as a PDF and review information relating to amount, currency, due date and payment.
For Italian entities, PEC and SDI recipient code are useful for electronic invoicing purposes. Providing them correctly in the profile allows more complete fiscal documents to be prepared and reduces the risk of errors during the administrative process.
The portal may manage amounts in multiple currencies where provided for by the selected service or package. The applicable currency is displayed before order confirmation and included in the generated documents.
Approved badges and invitation tickets are available in the reserved dashboard. Each document may include a unique code or QR-Code for entrance verification. The badge may be printed or saved as a PDF, according to the instructions of the Organising Secretariat.
The QR-Code allows authorised staff to quickly verify the validity, status and access level of the badge. For security reasons, the badge is personal and should not be transferred to third parties without authorisation from the Organising Secretariat.
Users may create an account as a company, professional, nominee, press contact, sponsor, partner or person interested in submitting a third-party nomination. The profile can be progressively completed with personal or corporate details, fiscal information, logo, website, contact details and any information useful for evaluation or participation in the event.
The possibility of requesting additional badges or invitations depends on the selected package, event availability and the conditions established by the Organising Secretariat. Requests may be subject to approval.>/p>
Media operators may use the accreditation form in the Partnership and Press Room area. The secretariat reviews the request and communicates the outcome.
Journalists, photographers, videographers, press offices and media operators may submit an accreditation request through the dedicated portal section. The request will be reviewed by the Secretariat or Press Office, which may confirm the accreditation, request additional information or communicate any limitations.
Press releases, official updates and any media materials are published in the News, Press or Media sections of the portal. Some materials may be reserved for registered users, accredited media or authorised partners.
Companies, organisations, institutions and media partners may submit a request through the dedicated partnership section. The Secretariat will evaluate consistency, profile, objectives and availability, and may propose the most suitable package for the type of collaboration.
Yes, approved partners may be published in the dedicated website sections, according to the partnership level, signed agreements and organisational guidelines. Publication may include logo, description, website and country of reference.
Data entered in the portal is used to manage the account, nominations, requested services, communications, invitations, badges, invoicing and organisational requirements connected to the event. Full information is available in the Privacy Policy published in the Legal Center.
Yes, photographs, videos and media content may be produced during events for institutional, informational, documentary and promotional purposes. Specific conditions are set out in the dedicated notice on photos, videos and event media.
Users may contact the Organising Secretariat through the portal contact form or via the official contact details provided in received communications. To facilitate handling of the request, it is recommended to always include name, company, registered email address and subject of the request.
The Organising Secretariat handles requests according to priority, urgency and event phase. Requests relating to access, payments, invoices, badges and nominations close to deadline are normally handled with priority.
Official communications are sent to the email address associated with the account and, where applicable, made available in the reserved dashboard. It is important to keep email, phone number, corporate details and fiscal information up to date.
Email verification is required to protect the account, confirm the digital identity of the contact person and allow the Organising Secretariat to send official communications regarding nominations, documents, invoices, invitations, badges and event updates.
If you notice an error in your profile data, generated documents, invoice, badge or nomination, update the information from the dashboard where possible and inform the Organising Secretariat. Some documents already issued may require administrative verification before correction.
Two-factor authentication protects access to the portal through a temporary code generated by applications such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password. This measure reduces the risk of unauthorised access and helps protect personal, corporate and fiscal data uploaded to the portal.
If you cannot access your account, you may use the password recovery function available on the login page. If the issue concerns 2FA verification or email confirmation, you may contact the Organising Secretariat by providing your name, company, registered email address and a brief description of the issue.
Companies, entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, professional firms, organisations, institutions or individuals may submit a nomination to be evaluated within the Virtus Global Awards programme. A nomination may concern business achievements, leadership, social responsibility, sustainability, governance, safety, innovation, compliance or positive impact on people and organisations.
Yes. You can nominate a company, professional, manager, professor, researcher, entrepreneur, or international figure deemed worthy. A nomination does not automatically constitute a definitive application: the Organizing Secretariat may verify the information received and, if appropriate, invite the nominated individual to complete the application process.
Nominations are evaluated on the basis of the information provided, consistency with the selected category, the quality of the achievements and any supporting documents uploaded to the portal. Evaluation may include criteria related to leadership, innovation, impact, governance, sustainability, social responsibility, compliance and organisational improvement.
Uploading documents is not always mandatory, but it is strongly recommended when useful to demonstrate results, certifications, projects, awards, initiatives, corporate data, ESG reports, compliance documents or other elements relevant to the evaluation.
